So, I used to be 5’4 and weigh 140 lbs.
I’m now 5’5 and weigh 116.
Nobody can accurately answer this question. Assuming that it’s fat, you’re a little overweight, however this can be distributed in any number of ways and you can also be healthy. (Did you know that it’s so much worse to be underweight than over for your health? Look it up if you want)
The thing about the scale is that it isn’t always accurate. I’m 16, and when you’re growing your body does all sorts of things. The scale doesn’t notice difference in muscle or fat. My guess is you’re probably on the bigger side, but big never equals bad. I hate this label but some people like themselves “thick” some people like skinny. Since you’re still growing too it’ll be really bad if you deprive yourself of what you need. Honestly, with moderate exercise I think you’re perfectly fine. Exercise is good for anybody of any weight.
