What and how you offer your service. Examples might be: Delivery method; Contracted Price; Payment Terms.

Note that stating Commercial Terms is extremely generic. It should be followed up by asking what specifically they did not agree with. These type of things are typically negotiated as part of getting to the final contract. To flat out reject you without discussion means they weren't serious about you at all or they don't know what they're doing.

Big corp it could easily be a political thing. The manager you're talking to is told to get things done but legal has to review contracts and doesn't like something about it. A little finger pointing, you caught in the middle not knowing you are, and next thing you know you lose the contract.

Time to pay? Do you require immediate payment and others give them 30 days or something?

Your "general business activity", Chad. If you want to know what activity they disapprove of you'd have to ask.
