Strange as it may seem, bananas are food for those who are overweight and those who are underweight, helping to correct both conditions, even as they are aids to remedying both diarrhea and constipation.

tbh it doesn't really matter! you should count the total amount calories you're eating per day. if you're eating below your maintenance calories then you will lose weight but if you're eating above maintenance calories then you will gain weight

Probably lose a little bit of weight bc bananas are 108 calories each. That's pretty low so it would take awhile to gain weight from eating only bananas bc you need 3500 calories to gain a pound of fat.

Really neither, but more likely gain. Bananas are high is sugar (fructose). Eating sugar produces insulin. Insulin tells your body to store fat. Weight gain or loss is based on a combination of how many calories you eat, how much your body uses, what foods you eat, and when you eat them. One isolated fruit isn't the issue.

Bananas itself doesnt make you gain or lose weight. I eat up to 4 per day (Im a banana/oranges junkie..cant get enough!) If youre wanting to eat healthy, they are good to add into your diet.

They are high carb so eating a lot of them isn't going to help with weight loss. Would a person gain weight? It depends upon the person

Full of fiber, minerals, other good things . . . . . and calories. So good for you in moderation.
