What to do about frequent dizzy spells?

For almost a week now, i’ve been getting short dizzy spells frequently throughout the day. They last for a few seconds and occur about 4-5 times a day. What could it be? thanks

it could be simple, lack of proper hydration, not cokes , but water can do that...we all need about a gal a day of water to help the body flush out all the garbage going on within, that we just take for granted.....

Famished? Dehydrated? Pregnant? See a doctor.

You probably have low blood pressure. Go to your doctor and get checked out, it will only take a few minutes of your time. It can easily be cured.

They could be anything, low blood pressure, hypoglycemia, among others. This is really something you should see a doctor for. He/she can help you get to the bottom of this.

It could be any number of things, but no one can diagnose a stranger over the internet. If it persists, see a doctor.
