Is there usually custom/duties charges when buying from DHGATE to Canada?

    Canada has free trade with the USA, but, IF the items come from a different country, but through the USA, then the duty for the originating country applies.

    Depends where the item was made and what it is.

    Most items under $60 are no extra charge.

    Over that most is just sales tax. For small amounts the Post Office charges a collection fee of about $10 to collect the sales tax. GST plus your province.

    Most items from USA have a duty rate of 0%
