Humans have no ability to alter the climate of the earth other than offset some stuff when they do not care about the environment.

There is the ability to reduce the effects of pollution and restore balance to nature so earth can be returned to some of it's former beauty if you care about the environment. I am recycling as much stuff as possible for my situation and conserving on the use of water. If you are unselfish it can get better.

They can. In UAE, scientists do a process called cloud seeding to create rains.

Not in any meaningful way. We don't have enough power. Just think of all the nuclear bombs we set off around the Bikini islands and it is now almost back to normal. Mankind just does not have enough power to alter the climate.

But the sun—combined with enough greenhouse gases—does have enough power. Neither Sagebrush nor any of the other science deniers understand the greenhouse effect.

There is no such thing as climate change being caused by humans it is a natural affect, but contaminating the world with chemicals and plastic waste yes.We as humans are our own worst enemies.

Over 7 billion humans belching 20 to 30 million tons of CO2 every year - you bet we can alter the atmosphere!!

Just like we altered it when we poked a hole in the ozone layer with too many refigerants.

and just like when we generated acid rain from car exhaust.

Modern human industry is totally unsustainable - we can keep it up and rich people can keep all their money - but we may all sacrifice our grandchildren in that pursuit.

Human beings use and destroy by simply living. We as a species are against nature by our very existence thus we don't care for or protect it. This need for our own survival has burdened our planet to the point it's slowly killing off other species since it can't yet kill us. But as temperatures rise, ice melts, weather events and natural disasters become more prevalent, we will see the error of our ways.

There is a big difference between "alter" and alter in a significant, harmful or measurable way. We clearly don't know how much we have "altered" the climate. It appears to be minor and certainly not all harmful. In fact, we live in warm wonderful times with record crop yields, a greening of the earth, and relative prosperity. This doesn't sit well with the eco-fascists that want to control everyone.

In the terms you describe that's not "climatic alteration of earth by man". Thirty-forty years ago Russia and Siberia were experiencing some of their coldest growing seasons ever. That cold wasn't "man made" man makes crappy plastic that screws up landfills and water, everyone else? SMITH!
