Weight loss is about our diet, for the most part. It's 80% about weight loss, in fact.
That leaves the other 20% for exercise, but if a person isn't eating to lose weight, then exercise isn't going to cause weight loss.

You won't lose weight just by doing plank. Weight loss is 75% diet and 25% exercise.
