I just got a speeding ticket, please help.?

I was going 85 in a 75, I know I shouldn t of been going so fast. Was still in Colorado with a Colorado license. I m getting a new license in my home state as I will be going to college. I was wondering if I get a new license before the court date will the points go to the new license? And both states don t communicate with each other via driving record.

if the police was the only witness to this, then knock him unconscious and tie him up in your basement

Unless you commit PERJURY when answering the question about having an outstanding citation in ANY state, you ARE NOT getting a new license from ANYWHERE.

ALL states communicate regarding driving record, and the points will go on your new license.

You did not say your home state to look up the compacts of data sharing.
