If you don't enjoy a certain food - is it because you aren't used to it or is your body telling you that it doesn't benefit by eating it?

I will give you an example - I LOVE red bell peppers

And I also love Chinese leeks

But I don't like carrots and I only buy them cause they are cheap

If I were to eat carrots all the time - would I learn to like them one day?

Or is my body saying - I don't like it - because its not healthy.
