Are most people genetically capped at below 6 feet, with no potentual to grow taller due to diet and environment?

    No, they are capped by their genetics purely. Some things we can never change.

    In the middle ages the average Knight in armor was 4'5' up to 5 feet. We are much taller now due to diet.
