Try playing sports or exercising by jogging or riding a bike or even doing workouts. Drink lots of water mostly hot water or tea because it's healthier for you. Get plenty of sleep to burn more calories & stretch a lot before & after you wake up. Eat fruits & veggies & cut down on lots of carbs & sugar to get rid of stomach jelly.
