    Not in the way you are describing. Tears are possible but vagina and anus do not connect even when there is a 3rd degree tear. The situation would not exist too long afterwards anyway because it would be repaired directly after the placenta is delivered.

    if it tears they sew it up ....BUT..homeopathy doctors have an oil to rub into skin prior to childbirth, to help the skin down there stretch, doctors won't say, cuz they prefer charging for the surgery if needed [ weleda.com.au/product/p/perineum-massage-oil ] and you can try a health food store, and maybe take a look at amazon.....

    Yes, it can tear but the doctor or midwife will always suture it back up
