Will or Chance? Which of the two is more important in this Life?

The only one that is within your ability to control is will, and that is the beginning of any endeavour. Chance may be in your favour, but may also not be. The only one that always will, for so long as you will it so, is your will.

There can be no such thing as "chance" in a universe where the "present" is a result of the combined total of the "past", influencing the "future", hence the concept of "karma". Everything has to have a meaning and a purpose. Just because you cannot figure a reason for something isn't any reason to suppose there isn't any. All living things have to deal with the circumstances and situation they're in. Humans are unique from other species in that, we're are aware of our own mortality, and have the ability to seek out the source of our existence.
On our "journey", we all must be tried and challenged before proving ourselves of advancing further. That is what makes every story interesting to us. Without will we all be stuck on the level we start out on without any hope of advancing. 'Will' is what empowers us to change our situation and circumstances. 'Freewill' is the "law of attraction", to 'karma's' "law of equivalent exchange", which balances the universe.

Both, of course, but perhaps chance has a bit of an edge.

Humans need will power. This power make your spirits to work according to your will and create opportunities. All creatures including human beings are ruled by spirits. Spirits are separate elements. A human being doesn't have a spiritual body. A human being during his/her lifetime is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. They are knowledge, skills, feelings, emotions, interests and everything. Even thoughts are not your own. For example, when you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another the spirits think and you just listen, choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. Brain is just a media to connect the spirits to your mind. A mind is just a computer's mind. After the destruction of a computer completely you will not get it's mind. The same is the case with the human beings. Soul is nothing but an energy needed for the functionality of a body. It is not a spirit or anything else. After death all spirits which accompanied a person quit and go to different places searching new bodies. All human beings are just robots made of flesh and bones and toys of the spirits for their games.

I do not think we have any control except the control we are given. And the control we are given is a chance affair.
Our minds work in defined manners. We are floating on the stream of chaos. It is only the truth in us that keeps us afloat. We contain truths that cannot be annihilated. Truth is eternal. So is chaos. Truth is passive. Chaos active. Chaos initiates us but truth preserves us.
The only hope we have is that this chaos and this truth when they form us, that they bestow free will. That your wishes and intentions, and their fulfillment, are a part of it. This may be so.
There is no God but what there is, that void, that nothing, is the cause of your freedom absolutely and totally.
You are animated matter. Matter that behaves like a free individual. But if you looked too closed at yourself you would see the mechanism of neurons which create your every impulse and every thought or dream, They are very good artists.
Consciousness is a blank nothing, an absence of anything, until these neurons supply the content. You are death. Your body is death. But together life is made. Life is the ceremony, in the marriage of many totally chaotic elements.

They are complementary! But they can also work alone.
With your will you might be able to predict the outcomes or results of your decisions which can give you the ability to intelligently choose one thing over the other. The variable of chance makes the future unpredictable, uncertain, and sometimes unknowable. Will, functioning with foresight, with awareness of possibilities,is will working along with chance.
Those aren't the only factors that are present when one makes a decision. Take for example choosing colleges. With any applied intelligence you will compare the quality of the schools and choose the best one for yourself (if you are given that opportunity). Here chance is taken out of the picture, but will is important.
You may choose to gamble, you may will it. But you can not exactly will a win, unless the gambeling is indeed effected by the will's executive the human brain.
Conclusively, its conditional when will is more important than chance or chance more important than will.

Although everything is a chance, it becomes more exciting and satisfying if an element of will precedes it.
