    The "FING" app does that easier than logging onto the router.

    Log into your router with a network cable and you can see who or what is logged on at any particular time.

    Log in requirements are different for different gateways but you use your web browser.

    For ATT routers and many others:

    "Using a computer connected to the AT&T router, open an Internet browser and type 192.168.1.254 to login to web-based control panel. Enter the password, if required (the password will be on your gateway unit usually)."
