Being drunk is not an excuse, so most likely you will go to prison.

More than likely. In fact, you can go to jail for POSSESSING a gun while drinking.

Probably. Or ASH ( a state hospital for those adjudged incompetent for trial.)

Being drunk isn't an excuse. It just could make it negligent/accidental homicide instead of murder, depends. N/A homicide Usually means prison. I don't think you can do probation .

Unless, as said, it was truly some accident you had no part of, just were drunk. Like, you were drunk, someone drew on you, you grabbed it, it went off and killed him. That might even be self-defense.

Even if no homicide charges filed, endangerment is a Class 6 felony, usually prison. Can be probation if first charge.

Slight possibility rich man can buy his way out like this Before cops on scene. He'd still have to hide body, evidence, and possibility of blackmail so long as any witnesses or family alive. Maybe longer if they told anyone. Once cops Show, it would be impossible unless cops open to bribery.

ABSOLUTELY. Drunk or not, it was still murder, and you got yourself intoxicated.

Most likely yes. Unless you can envision some sort of scenario where it was totally accidental and the alcohol didn't contribute.
