Do you agree with Kamala Harris that when it comes to healthcare, costs don’t matter, it’s not about cost?

Cost ALWAYS matters. Socialized medicine, like all other forms of socialism, suffers from the same failure.

The failure of ANY form of socialism occurs when they run out of someone else's money to spend.

As has been often said - "If you think healthcare is expensive now, just wait until they say it's free!"

Many leftards don't seem to know that those "healthcare by nation ratings" are rigged. The truth is that any country without some form of national healthcare is penalized by 45% on those ratings. So no matter however good it may be it will always come in way down the list in those stats. The truth is that 98% of new medical technology comes from the USA - 29 out of 30 new surgical techniques come from the US. Five doctors out of every eight in the world are trained in the US. And 49 of 50 medical research breakthroughs are from the US. At one time, the UK was a world leader in medical research. When they switched to national healthcare, they lapsed into mediocrity. Most of the "highly rated" national healthcare schemes are entirely dependent on the USA for more than 95% of their medical techniques, technology and research.

No. While the people argue over how we should pay, the healthcare lobbies and bribes both political parties. The healthcare industry is robbing us and charging us ridiculous prices. Laughing as we argue... they don’t care how they get paid. And when the govt takes over and the individual never sees a bill the prices will only skyrocket! The one paying will always be the working American. Why don’t we focus on why having a baby costs 50000? Or meds are 100$ a pill? Or why hospitals can charge an extra facilities fee of 200$ when you visit a new hospital outpost clinic?! They are making tons of money off of us while we quibble about how we should pay their outlandish prices!! Hospitals began from religious charity hence all of the saint johns etc. that charity notion is long gone. It is the greatest money maker in the world. And this is no offense to the great nurses and doctors. They are getting used too.

    Yes.

Ultimately the only thing that matters is health care. But universal healthcare doesn't have to cost more. Single payer care costs less than giving a corporate profit to private companies.

The big insurance companies downplay that. Another thing to promote health is to do basic research on THE AGEING PROCESS ITSELF. And encourage healthy diet in schools.

We need moderate Democrats in office. Kamala Harris is not one of them. She’s a far left moron.

I agree that Kamala Harris has no response to why Obama and the Democrats took a working Healthcare system and destroyed it.

California is $500 Billion in debt and running $100 + Billion deficits while charging the highest taxes in the nation .

I believe her when she says she will spend recklessly and inefficiently just like the state she comes from .

Once again you are taking her out of context. If Canada can afford it why can't we? The myth of cost has been disproven by sixty years of Canadian experience.

Have we lost the old Yankee know how because the Confederates are in charge?

    No. That’s ridiculous.

By making healthcare a right and saying everything is covered, you are giving millions of Americans the right to not take proper care of themselves.

You thought America was fat before, wait till you see America with free healthcare
