Listen, I’m all for women making their own damn decisions, but are you seriously comparing a fetus to a tapeworm? A lot of people grow up dreaming of raising their own children, and guess what? All of us out here, not inside of our mothers anymore, each of us was once a fetus. People don’t grow up dreaming of having tapeworms that will grow into beautiful beings, because they don’t. Tapeworms are 100% bad, that is not the case for fetuses. Seeds, however, can grow into beautiful flowers, so if we need to compare a fetus to something, then a seed is much better than a tapeworm. People plan making children like they do a growing a garden. They plant the seed & they’re excited to watch it grow & if they’re lucky it grows into something beautiful. That’s not the case for everyone though. You might buy the seeds not intending to plant them & one can slip out, or maybe someone put a seed there & you didn’t want it, or you planted the seed & found out it would destroy your yard. It’s your garden! You get to decide what grows in it! People may plan children like gardens and they may grow like flowers, but children are not flowers and a fetus is NOT a seed. A fetus IS part of the mother for as long as it needs to be, but then it can grow up & turn into someone with legs that can walk, ears that can hear, eyes that can see, and a brain that feels a range of emotions and ponders topics like abortion. Tapeworms, seeds, toes, and fingers cannot grow up and become what fetuses can & it would not be so easy to just get rid of them or chop them off if they could. I hate to break it to you, but a fetus is an unborn developing child, not a parasite.
