if someone does foreplay (eating each other out, fingering, handjob) but no intercourse - does that make them still a virgin?

A virgin has never been penetrated vaginally by a penis.

NOTHING else sexually other than penetration can take virginity.

WRONG! A "virgin" is defined as someone who has never had ANY sort of sexual experience. Obviously, if someone has been eaten out, fingered, etc., they DO have sexual experience. A woman who engages in those activities may not have been penetrated, but she's certainly sexually experienced.

Still a virgin. Once the vagina is penetrated by a penis- no longer a virgin.

Technically they still are a virgin although I'd have to say they're a very experienced virgin.

Yes they remain virgins until genital penetration happens.

Literally, no, they have sexual experience and are thus not a virgin anymore.
