Jello, flavor of your choice, made as directed. When served, add fresh cut up (grapes & bananas)or canned fruit (pineapple, mandarin oranges, peaches, cranberries) and a scoop of your favorite yogurt.

Steam a bag of baby carrots, refrigerate. These are excellent snacks.
Put a tablespoon or more of creamy salad dressing in a dixi cup, place carrots and celery sticks upright for a contained dipping snack.
Two cups of bite size pretzels
One cup of nuts (walnuts, peanuts, almonds or a combo of them)
1/2 cup of chocolate or butterscotch chips or a small bag of M&M's
Put a banana slice in an ice cube tray. Press a lollipop stick in it and fill with juice or pudding.
Mini burger sliders
Make some rice, and cooked mixed veggies. Put in a pan with some olive oil to stir fry with cubed ham and quickly mix in an egg for fried rice.
Cut up chicken and veggies, skewer and grill outdoors.
Make mac and cheese (from scratch or packaged). After it is made, place in a casserole dish and place a thick slice of ham on top, put in the oven on broil until the ham is nice and hot.
Fish tacos: Buy frozen breaded fish sticks and taco shells or tortilla wraps. Cook fish sticks, place in taco shell or tortilla wrap with your favorite toppings (salsa, avocado, lettuce or coleslaw, chopped tomatoes, ranch dressing, shredded cheese).
Soup and half a sandwich. Quick, easy.
Eggs are not just for breakfast: Scrambled eggs (add some of your favorites: bacon, sausage, cheese, peas, peppers, tomatoes...) Egg salad mixed with tuna salad.
BLT sandwiches (add cheese or avocado slices)
Tomato and mayo sandwiches.
