If a guy is simply nice and polite it just means that is their personality why treat others like crap just to make wife happy that is pathetic. I would never do such a thing.

so just reading YOUR side, is there reasons for her to question how you treat more attractive women compared to others or her? Maybe its your behavior not hers that make her feel threatened. Just be respectful of ALL people, reguardless of what they look like.

There should be no reason why he can't be cordial to everyone.

No. Tell the wife to grow up.

No. You should treat everyone with respect until they have shown they do not deserve your respect.

if your wife does not like someone - regardless of the reason why - it would make sense to stay clear of this person

Contempt? I don't see how it benefits anyone to treat others with contempt.

Assuming that other women may simply find him attractive, but NOT necessarily be pursuing him since he's married.

    Of course not.

He should behave like a civilised human being and she should get therapy for her insecurities
