    Look Sri Lanka was an extremely soft target. That's what muslim terrorism relies on. Once the horse has bolted, countries learn to cope better with threats. The UK isn't immune from attack, but not too many terrorists want the certainty of capture and that's what UK mostly represents.

    Yes, in reality, there is always police in patrol . Maybe threats were being made to mosques in the UK, leading to resources being diverted
