You do understand a teenager can be somebody who is two years younger than you, right? Sometimes 20 year olds are considered teenagers.

If your talking bout your brother or family don't see why not but if not family then I dont see why not if you think your ready your an adult you can raise a teenage boy .your an adult now. But I still think you have alot to still go before making a big desision like that . hope your ready still young yourself

Even if today is your 18th birthday, you can adopt a teenage boy.
Anyone who is an adult can adopt anyone who is a minor.

Not usually. 21 year olds are not usually in a position to pay the costs involved, have adequate housing and income, and would not be looked upon as mature enough to handle a teenager.

This sometimes happens when parents die and one sibling adopts the other, but outside of that limited scenario it's virtually unheard of.
