    It's not a scam but yes, it's intended to make you buy the magazine subscriptions.

    For sure. They tell people they won a car and they win just a toy car or they win big sweepstakes that they never entered etc

    They do award prizes. You can enter without buying anything, but they make it difficult. You have to scroll thru pages of garbage, to get to enter. They could make it a lot easier. I miss the twice a year mailings. That was simple

    It is not a scam since there are actually prizes. You do not have to buy anything but good luck getting through all the pages.
