Is a hot wall cause for concern?

I live in an apartment building (duplex), built about 50-60 years ago. This morning, I was using the bathroom and happened to lean up against the wall...I noticed it was very warm to the touch. I checked the shared wall in my bedroom and it s warm in the same spot on that side. This morning, I was using the bathroom and happened to lean up against the wall...I noticed it was very warm to the touch. I checked the shared wall in my bedroom and it s warm in the same spot on that side. My heat has been off for a few days, and the spot isn t near any outlets or light switches. It s an isolated area; the rest of the wall feels cool as it should. I don t smell anything burning, but I m still slightly concerned. What would my best course of action be here?
