Does puking after alcohol mean you're no longer drunk?

Every drink you already had begins digesting and your liver begins metabolizing it. the thing is, it takes your liver an hour to metabolize ONE drink.
Usually barfing means you have drank more than your stomach/system can handle or you mixed various drinks together.

No. Vomiting may rid you of much of what is in your stomach but doesn't change the alcohol level in your blood. It is blood alcohol passing through your brain that makes you "buzzed" so you're not going to be any less "buzzed" until you blood alcohol level goes down.
Yes, it can decrease tomorrow's hangover to empty your stomach before you pass out --- er, fall asleep for the evening. But it's bad to make a habit of this. It will hurt you the same people with eating disorders puking too much hurts them. You could look it up if you're interested.

NO it does not your brain can still have the effects of drunkiness after puking. throwing up in general is usually the tell tale sign that you are drunk. It may however lower the aspects of a nasty hang-over the following day.
