Most headphones only have two drivers, one for each ear.

There are a handful of attempts that have been made for "true surround sound" headphones that have multiple drivers in each earcup, but the results are generally mixed and it still typically only ends up sounding slightly wider than normal stereo sound.

A headphone is available 2 speakers at both sides left ear and right at the same frequency and some headphone is inbuild 2 speaker and 1 mike.

My friend has headphones with several drivers per side, but that's just a gimmick that will almost certainly degrade the sound quality since it adds crossovers and interference between the drivers and stuff.

Depends on the brand and model of headphone. I assume that most have just one speaker each side. Some up-market models might have more.

Most have only one driver per side.

A Very small number of models have as many as four drivers per side.

Ever heard of "quad" headphones for 1970s four-channel?

There were only a few of those.

I still have a set of Koss 4 channel headphones THAT WORK from the 70s. Two 1/4" male plugs on the cables. A switch on the head set for 2 channel or all 4.

Yes one speaker per earpiece in most cases. That is all you need to reproduce a wide frequency range.

    Mostly 1 per ear.
