The last 2 are grammatically correct, but My wife has just been delivered may not be what you

want to say, unless someone was dropping her off at your house, or something.

My wife has just had a baby.

Very formal: My wife has been delivered of a healthy infant.

first sentence ok but the last one - absolutely NOT!!!!!!!!! it'd be "my wife has just delivered a healthy infant." on the other hand "a bouquet of flowers has just been delivered to my wife for the birth of our child."
