I have never heard of or seen Fish Liver? Why don't grocery stores in the US sell it? Do other countries sell it commonly?

Never saw it either and my folks never kept it when they caught and cleaned fish.

Fish liver is extremely greasy and usually too small to use, or high in mercury, and so not good to eat
