Do you mean a better theologian? Or a better physical specimen? Or a better educated person? Or better morally... or what? Better what? Your question makes no sense because what a person believes, or does not believe, does not make them better than someone with different views. It's what people do, or don't do that determines if they are better than another person, or not.
Take, for example, the religious person who is a stickler for getting beliefs right, and telling others that if they don't have those same beliefs, they are all wrong and they will never please God. The inference is that that person DOES please God because they have all the religious beliefs right. That makes them superior to the person who has wrong beliefs. Straight away, we can see that the superior-feeling person is NOT better than the other person who makes no such value judgment.
This carries on to every area of life. The person who thinks himself better than the class-mate who never gets as high exam marks as he does - that doesn't make him a better person. It just makes him good at those subjects in the class-room. Religion does not need to come into this. Atheism does not need to come into this. JWs do not need to come into this. We are all human beings, created equal in the image of God. That is how we should view everyone, irrespective of what we believe or what grades we get, or how much money we have and so on.
