Nope. Architect designs the structure(house or building)
I.D. makes it look pretty inside.(color coordination and style for a period in history even if history is in the future.)

no little difference, architecture will make designs and will implement the work by their vendor or their team, but interior designer will just make the designs and drawing they won t implement the work
Not really, Architecture is basically the product / structure, many forms of measurements and more. They are not the same, however it's not such a rare thing to see someone confuse the two, they do sound very similar overall.
Not exactly. While architectural design does sometimes add to the esthetic of a building, few architects get into picking colors, and carpets. Frank Loyd Wright did however design even the furniture in his design. Genius level stuff, truly amazing.
No. Interior design is what it sounds like: design of the interior. Like wall paint, furniture, drapes, etc. Architecture is the building itself, as in the measurements of beams, floor plan, design, etc.
