Let's hope not. What would we feed them? Convicts?

    No.

    The next question should be:

Will they bring back passenger pigeons?

No. A 2012 “study found that DNA has a half-life of just 521 years.” This means that “after 6.8 million years, every single link would be destroyed, making the recovery of DNA from fossils any older than this completely impossible.” Recently, using more advanced detection equipment, scientists have been able to confirm that the oldest DNA found to date belonged to a “700,000-year-old horse found frozen in the Canadian permafrost.” The dinosaurs went extinct around 65 million years ago. So while a recently announced find of a 99-million-year-old dinosaur tail that included bones, soft tissue, and feathers, all cast in amber, was exciting for scientists studying the ancient animals, DNA breakdown means it won’t help resurrect them.

You can't ''reverse evolve'', you can only mutate and get an animal to aesthetically look like something on the outside.
Tuatara dna tests show that 2k years ago they looked the same but were genetically completely different. Tuatara looked identical butgenetically very different in the cretaceous

Theoretically, yes..with DNA taken from fossil bones. As yet, we don't have the technology though.

There are scientists working on this. It is a controversial area and many people resources spent on this would be better diverted to conserving species currently in danger of extinction.

You have to ask the question what is the point of scientists resurrecting dinosaurs. Is it just to prove a point and say look we can do this? Why would we want dinosaurs to be brought back? When they went extinct other species filled their ecological niches. How would we enable dinosaurs to survive if we brought them back? Would we want them to take over because they would have to compete for a niche and they may win?

It might happen if we ever manage to create a cloning machine, for now there really aren't any dinosaurs that are going to be 'made' unless scientists try to mix the breeds of different dinosaurs that have survived until today.

Jurassic Park is just a movie franchise.

    No.

It is possible that once we geta lot better and genetic designing someone could make something which resembles what we think Dinosaurs looked like, but there is no surviving DNA to recreate ACTUAL Dinosaurs.
