When changing the power steering pump do you have to change the pulley and the line hose as well ?

    Most power steering pumps come with out the pulley and you need to get the special puller tool for power steering pulleys to transfer the old pulley to the new pump. . PS lines are sold separately.

    Not necessarily but it wouldn't hurt since you're there already.

    If they look bad and deteriorated. If not, no need to.

    Most of the time you will need to move the pulley from the old pump to the new one. Most auto parts stores will loan the puller. Always a good idea to replace the high pressure hose while the pump is out if it is difficult to do with the pump installed.
