Yes, you can--by never talking about climate change.
Unfortunately, believing in science has become one more litmus test for being in the Republican Party, and if you accept the scientific consensus on anthropogenic global warming and climate change, you would be labelled a "RINO" and ostracized from the party.
Unfortunately for the Republicans, this is a kind of natural selection in reverse--where only the science illiterate are chosen for the party, so it gets dumber and dumber as a whole. You need only look at the answers to this question--the ones that defend the Republicans in this question have the combined scientific knowledge of a turnip
It doesn't have to be this way--many climate scientists were originally Republican, but after being a scientific dumb-dumb became a requirement for party membership, they bailed out. The Republican Party is the only party that I have ever registered as, too, but about 10 years ago I said, that's it, this party has become the party of stupid people, I don't want any more to do with it.
EDIT: I notice that the extreme right-wing white nationalist JimZ has answered this question. He fancies himself a scientist, and yet he has said that there was some warming from 1980-2000, but it hasn't warmed since then. If he's a scientist, I'll ask him to provide scientific data that supports that. I'm pretty sure he won't, because there isn't any.
