How do gay weddings work?

What is the proper etiquette for a gay male wedding? I've always wondered this.

They work in the same way as straight weddings. You spend a lot of time making arrangements, you part with large sums of money, you hope everything runs smoothly on the big day. With the right preparation you should have a great day and your guests should have a good time.

You should just watch one online I never have been to one but it is a freak show I know that much. They all work differently I am sure.

How they work and what proper etiquette to follow is exactly the same as any other wedding. Celebrate the love of their marriage, wish them the best, dance when the music plays, and eat some good food. It's really not that hard to figure out.

I cant say more on it than the others have said.

In any weeding there is a legal minimum number of things that have to happen and standards have to me achieved.

People have to apply for a marriage license.
The person conducting the service has to be licensed to do so.
The law in every land has some minimum things that has to be said.
If one or both are under age the parents have to give consent.
The couple each have to voluntary consent to marry.
There has to be witnesses.
Public recording has to be advised.

I am sure there are a few more that I have over looked.

Other than that, if it is a religious affair or not is for you to decide.
I have been to weddings where the service went for 60 minutes and one where it went for 7 minutes. The time taken all depends on what is arranged and where its done etc.
Even what you wear or maybe don't wear is up to you. The law has no say in such things.
The sex of the two people involved has nothing to do with the arrangements..

I guess the only question is, will the couple set their own agenda or follow what generations have done before them.
