The best way to lose weight and be healthy mentally and physically is through a healthy diet. Diet pills do not work. Starving and binging do not work. Going to the gym is only good for getting fit and counting calories is a detrimental diet mentality.
Just eat real food!
Do not eat sugar or processed foods. I also suggest avoiding grains, dairy (except butter and cheese), and even fruit for awhile, as all of these contain some form of sugar which will keep your insulin levels high and make it more difficult to lose weight.
Eating eggs, meat, butter, cheese, green vegetables, nuts and seeds will keep you full, reduce snacking, bring insulin down, help you lose weight, and hopefully make you happy too.
