Good for anxiety/depression.Also Ayurvedic herb “ashwagandha”.Also “inositol”,part of the B vitamin complex.Google these things on your own,try them, OR go to a naturopathic doctor if affordable,but not mandatory.Mainstream doctors and shrinks will just prescribe prescription psych drugs which do more harm than good and RARELY work. I know. Taken too many. I got REALLY, probably permanently, messed up from the last psych drug I took:lithium carbonate. VERY dangerous.I’ve used all the natural alternatives I just mentioned and they all work better and faster than psych drugs and MUCH safer.I’ve also used CBD oil, which is nice, but pricier than 5-HTP, which is my current favorite.
