Not a good idea.
First, you need to focus on nutrition. Things like "Greek yogurt" could be plain, fat-free yogurt or it could have fruit and fat. A little cup of fruit yogurt -- no matter what type or brand, has as much sugar as a couple of donuts. Really. Same is true for "protein shakes." In my world "chicken salad" is chicken pieces with mayonnaise, which is really high in calories and fat. You'd be better off with grilled chicken (or other meant) and a lot of fresh vegetables. Better nutrition, larger volume, and lower calories.
If you want to lose weight, you need to manage your caloric intake. You can eat 4,000 calories or 1,000 calories. If you want to try a ketogenic diet, get a book and follow the instructions. It can work but you have to follow some very specific rules and there will be no chicken salad, protein shakes or yogurt. If you want t try a more "normal" eating plan, there are literally hundreds of them you can try. They require that you weigh and measure your portions to accurately control your calorie intake each day.
