You should expect boredom from eating the same thing over and over. Unless you plan on doing that the rest of your life, why do it for a month?
Any other "results" you get, depends on how much of those things you eat. You might lose weight, gain weight, or maintain. No way we can know.
Better to adopt a healthy eating lifestyle, have plenty of variety, and maintain it long term (not just for a month) so you can be a healthy weight and stay there. ☺
