You being able to move on your own would be based on if you and your boyfriend is financially able to do so. You did not indicate in your statement if either of you were presently employed.
If you are employed you did not indicate the income of you and your boyfriend.
This would be a key factor in being able to rent an apartment, pay for utilities, food, transportation, health care, buying for and taking care of an infant child, with formulas, baby clothes, medical and care, feeding, baby furniture and travel equipment.
It is a little late at this period in the game as you are already pregnant, most individuals plan this event and are financially prepared for parenthood.
You and your boyfriend do not have a place to live and take care of a child.
The decision to move in with others or get a place of your own would be based on your current financial situation. If you have no job,no savings and is not able to afford to pay first month rent and a deposit equal to the first month rent, and pay the expenses of renting an apartment, it is obvious the choice you would be making.
By your boyfriend suggesting you move in with his family might be a hint that you are not financially able to live alone.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.
