Anyone here who attempts to give medical advice (and your question relates to your health) without having medical qualifications and without having examined you is, frankly, a dangerous idiot. YOU NEED TO SEE, AND ASK THE ADVICE OF, A DOCTOR.
Most health issues are not connected to diet but, if someone with medical qualifications examines you and advised you that your health issues relate to you being a vegatarian then, to any sane person, you'd be crazy to continue with a vegatarian diet.
@ Sunshine, a person suffering from anemia needs to see a DOCTOR, not take advice from you or any other crackpots. What qualifications and experience do you have to diagnose this person's condition? Have you examined them? If not, you are, as I said, a "dangerous idiot". My mother was anemic, consulted a doctor who, eventually diagnosed cancer - doctors might not "always" be right but he was in her case. Most medical conditions are NOT caused by diet.
