Christians , does Muslim public prayer bother you or make you uncomfortable?

    No, but it does show that government gives them too much consideration. Maybe we should follow what the first Chief Justice of the Supreme court had to say, and what he did in 1774 as speaker of the NY house.

    No. Not my faith, but they are praying to the God I know.

  • Now that's what we need - simultaneous public prayer groups from competing belief cults to see which group gets a response from god. But if god doesn't respond to either group, then I wonder how many of them would actually wake up to reality.

    Not at all. I find it soothing. Especially the call to prayer.

  • Neither. I respect their religion and nearly all of them respect mine. If I'm in a Muslim country and the call to prayer comes, I stand in respectful silence until public prayers have finished.
