He is a hero only in his delusional fantasies and propaganda, simply because he is someone who resists America's influence.
In reality, he is just another corrupt Stalin of our age, who subjects people to harsh and cruel punishments for even the smallest mistake, or even for refusing to worship him.
Can you tell us how is he a hero, other than refusing to submit to American commercialism? Heroism is earned by one's actions, and you should tell us what heroic deeds he had done to prove it.
