So many, like yourself, have absolutely no clue what corporations or LLCs are, no clue how to properly set one up, and no clue how go run the entity. Yet for some reason, without having any idea what they're doing, they form a business entity that becomes their biggest headache.
LLCs and corporations are completely, 100%, different things. You're referring to them as if they're one in the same.
Why do you want to set up an LLC "OR" a corporation?
Limited liability? Myth. Nothing other than a good business insurance policy will protect your personal assets.
Tax advantages? Each type of entity may have tax advantages, but you have to know exactly what you're doing, and you don't.
It sounds cool?
You're foolish if you don't consult with an accountant and a lawyer. If you do-it-yourself on the copyright it will be just as worthless as an LLC or corporation.
