I don’t know about a majority, but A LOT of people, especially other black people, did. Didn’t you watch TV during the election?? They showed multitudes of well pigmented first time voters waiting in long lines to vote for the “first black president.”

That’s not to mention the many less pigmented who did out of some misguided guilt.

B.O. was the first American president to get the blacks out to vote in elections. Normally few blacks vote in elections. So yes the black vote did carry the election for him.

How much truth there is to it, I don't know. But I would hope that those who did vote him, voted for him because they believed he was the best candidate for the job and not because of his skin color.
