As we do not know the specs of your computer we can not guess what all versions will work.
As the specs are the same for Home and the Pro version of XP, if your computer can run the Home then it can run the Pro.
The "normal" versions of XP (Home and Pro) are 32 bit versions. There is also a 64 bit version, but you have to have a 64 bit processor in your computer to run it. Odds are you do not have a 64 bit processor (they were just beginning to appear at the end of [Win XP's life). So you can (most likely) not use a 64 bit version of XP.
Service Pack 2 is an update that will run on any version of XP. (Note: It is no longer available from Microsoft.)
Before you change the version of XP on your computer, make sure that you have an install for all the hardware drivers you will need. Otherwise if you change the version and then do not have drivers, your sound card, network card, video card, and other devices may not work.
