The kittens should be eating solids by now. If mom is spayed, the hormones that make her want to nurse will go away. Her body has been drained from nursing long enough. Bring her home, and put her in a room away from her kittens. Get them a quality canned food and some kitten milk replacer and give them that. They are plenty old enough to be eating on their own, and after some fussing and moaning, they will eat the canned food. Slowly mix less formula and more milk. They will be fine. She will not have a bandage, BTW and will NOT need a cone. Do keep her way from the kittens for a couple days, and she will quite naturally stop them from nursing when you do introduce them again. Those kittens are old enough for their own spays and neuters, as well as their first FVRCP vaccines.
