I make a really good chili - and everyone loves it and its super simple
1 pound LEAN ground beef - mix it with half of a medium chopped onion and cook it down, do not drain. Once the beef and onion is cooked, pour in 1Can pinto beans UN- Drained, 1 Can chili beans In-drained, 1 can Rotel , UN drained, 1 can stewed tomato's UN-Drained, and 1 can tomato sauce, about a half to 1 cup of water, depending how much juice you want your chili to have. You can add chopped jalapeno if u like it hot, but I usually get the spicy chili beans then add chili powder to taste and let it simmer for like an hour so all the stuff can mix together and all the flavors meld ...Sooo Good. and sooo simple...and its great cold weather food! Don't forget to get the chili seasoning pack from the store - u just need one because you will still add chili powder, but the chili seasoning pack has all the good spices needed - if u do two pounds of beef, then get two chili seasoning packs
