Immigrants and refugees can't ever run for POTUS. Would you want to see the Constitution amended to allow immigrants to run for President?

Would this not be more fair?

The current rules mean that a man who came to the USA at age 2 and worked for decades, being educated, contributing, even fighting for the country could never run for POTUS, whereas a man who is a citizen by birth can. Is that right?
