So I'm not sure what your actual question is, here, but I out of those three I would highly suggest Adobe After Effects. It's very versatile, and if you have other adobe software, you can use it with after effects- for example, you can pull a vector puppet from Illustrator into After Effects as a composition and it'll keep the separate layers and it will remain a clean vector unless you set it to rastorize. The default animations are pretty decent and you can tween the rotation, size, position, anchor point, etc of objects, as well as using 3D layers and cameras. It's an incredibly useful editing program and has WAY more to it than imovie, though there might be a bit of a learning curve. Adobe has resources online you can use to help with that, though.
