How to Motivate myself to wake up early and Exercise and like it ?

I work 5 days a week and I start work At 12 or 1 pm and work till 8:30 or 9:30 pm After work I’m so tired and mentally physically exhausted to work out I don’t exert any physical Activity at work just sit at a desk and work on a computer I want to wake up at 5 am To get more out of my day but it’s so hard... show more I work 5 days a week and I start work

I want to wake up at 5 am
To get more out of my day but it’s so hard cause I don’t fall asleep till like 11-12 pm and I wake up in middle of night to use washroom
Then go back to bed at least 2x a night
I don’t feel fully rested unless I get 8-9 hrs of sleep straight

I don’t like working out or going to
The gym either I was born lazy I do not enjoy excercise or like it
But I do it to keep in shape and healthy
I want to workout 4-5 x a week at
