I keep having the feeling to binge on food. I'm eating healthy and enough?

I'll start off great in the beginning of the day for breakfast and lunch but when it gets closer to dinner time, I just want to eat and eat. I get this feeling in my mouth where it just wants food. Like I can't explain it. I'm not hungry or anything. I just want the food. Crap food. So bad.
